REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Prookie. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit according to the following terms.

All refund or return requests must be made within days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable items like protein cookie bars must remain sealed and stored properly to qualify for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Please note that customized or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or allergies discovered after purchase.
